At The Top – Burj Khalifa Observation Deck
At over 828 metres in height, the Burj Khalifa is the world’s tallest building. Visitors can ride to the observation deck on the 124th floor for fantastic views of the city.

Dubai Fountain
The Dubai Fountain is the largest musical fountain in the world. It’s also free. For the best views, book a table at one of the many restaurants lining the length of the Burj Khalifa Lake.

Bastakia Quarter
For a taste of history, visit the Bastakia Quarter in Bur Dubai. Attractions at this atmospheric heritage site include the Dubai Museum and the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding.

Atlantis, the Palm Dubai
Atlantis was the first hotel to open on the Palm Jumeirah and boasts more than 1,500 rooms. It’s also home to major attractions such as Aquaventure and Dolphin Bay.

Gold Souk
The Gold Souk is the city’s most famous souk. The fascinating market features covered walkways lined with hundreds of shops selling jewellery made from gold, silver, diamonds and other precious metals and stones. It’s a great place to practice your haggling skills and pick up a unique gift or souvenir.

The Dubai Mall
The largest shopping mall in the city is home to more than 1,000 retail outlets including Bloomingdale’s and Galeries Lafayette. It also features a huge selection of restaurants and tourist attractions such as the Dubai Ice Rink, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, Sega Republic, and KidZania.
