The Cineplex is a 12-screen multiplex cinema situated next to Dubai’s Grand Hyatt hotel. It is one of several cinemas in the city operated by the Novo Cinemas group.
All screens here offer Novo Cool and Novo Edge seating options. Novo Cool seats are the cheapest in the house and are nearest to the screen. Novo Edge seats are more expensive. They are located at the rear of the theatre and offer superior views.
Online booking is available on the official Novo Cinemas website. Moviegoers can enjoy heavily discounted tickets by booking with a Mashreq Novo credit card. Etisalat customers can buy two cinema tickets for the price of one for screenings on Wednesdays.
Novo Cinemas Cineplex and the Grand Hyatt hotel are located in the Umm Hurair area of Dubai, just east of the Wafi Mall. Free customer car parking is available. The nearest Metro station is Dubai Healthcare City Metro Station, approximately ½ mile walk from the theatre.
The cinema was previously part of the Grand Cinemas group. They rebranded as Novo Cinemas in 2014.
