Transportation
Hor Al Anz is well-served by Dubai’s extensive transportation network.
The Green Line of the Dubai Metro runs through the neighbourhood, following the path of Salah Al Din Street. There are two stations in Hor Al Anz:
- Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro Station: Located at the southwestern corner of the district.
- Abu Hail Metro Station: Situated at the southeastern corner.

Union Metro Station, a busy transfer station, is just a short ride away from either of these stations. Passengers can switch to the Red Line to access other parts of Dubai, such as Dubai Marina, Dubai International Airport, Downtown Dubai, and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Abu Hail Bus Station is next to the Abu Hail Metro Station and offers several bus services. Services include:

Hor Al Anz is mainly a residential district and is not home to any major attractions. Hor Al Anz Park is one of a handful of recreational spaces here. It is open to families and features a playground and basketball court.

Hor Al Anz Street runs from the north to the south of the neighbourhood and is lined with many businesses. Whether you’re looking for grocery stores, currency exchanges, mobile phone shops, hair salons, cafes, or restaurants, Hor Al Anz Street has it all.
For those looking for a shopping mall experience, nearby districts offer several options. The Reef Mall and Al Ghurair Centre in Al Muraqqabat are just a short metro ride away. These malls offer a range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
The Waterfront Market on Deira Corniche is a modern food market that offers a wide variety of fresh fish, seafood, meat, poultry, fruits, vegetables, dry goods, and spices. It has a well-maintained and clean environment, supports local fishermen, and offers products from around the world. The market also includes retail shops, a hypermarket, and restaurants.
Another shopping destination is the Abu Hail Centre in Hor Al Anz East. This mall is renowned for its extensive collection of abaya outlets.
