Gold Souq Metro Station is located at the northern end of Deira.
It is one of the closest stations to Dubai’s famous Gold Souk. Al Ras Metro Station is also near.

The station is a state-of-the-art facility that offers a wide range of amenities for passengers. The ticket office and information desk are staffed by friendly and helpful personnel who are always ready to assist with any enquiries. There are also ticket machines available for those who prefer to do things themselves.

The lifts and escalators make it easy to access all platforms, and the convenience store is a great place to pick up any last-minute items you may need. There are also vending machines for snacks and beverages, so you can stay refreshed during your journey.

The Gold Souq Bus Station is next to the station.

It is a Green Line station. Adjacent stations are Baniyas Square and Al Ras.

The station is in Zone 5 (click here to view a map of the Dubai Metro). The Dubai Metro is a fast, cheap, and convenient way to travel around the city. Fares depend on the number of zones crossed during your trip.

The station lies beneath One Deira. One Deira is a large development consisting of a shopping mall, offices, and a hotel. It is part of the larger Deira Enrichment Project.

Until May 2020, the station was called Palm Deira Metro Station (named after Palm Deira, an unfinished artificial island).
