This Dubai Metro station serves Business Bay, a large business district just south of Downtown Dubai (Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall).
It also serves Al Wasl, a residential area to the west of the station. It is the closest station to Safa Park.
The station is on the Red Line. There are direct trains to destinations such as Rashidiya, Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3), Union, BurJuman, ADCB (Karama), Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Business Bay Metro Station is a modern, well-equipped station that offers a range of facilities to make your journey as smooth and comfortable as possible.
To purchase your ticket, you can either visit the ticket office or use one of the self-service ticket machines. If you need any assistance or information, there is also an information desk that can help.
For your convenience, there is also a store where you can purchase snacks and drinks. The electronic displays located throughout the station provide up-to-date information on train departure times. To reach the platforms, there are lifts and escalators. The station also has toilets.
If you are travelling by bike, there is also cycle parking available. There is a taxi rank outside the station if you need to travel onwards by road.
A covered walkway bridges Sheikh Zayed Road, allowing pedestrians a safe passage to the other side.
