Expo 2020 Metro Station is a station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro. It opened in 2021 as part of the Route 2020 extension.

The station is located at the Expo 2020 site in western Dubai.

It is the western terminus of the Red Line. Trains run directly to Centrepoint. Stops on the route include DMCC (for Jumeirah Lakes Towers and Dubai Marina), Sobha Realty, Mall of the Emirates (Al Barsha), ADCB (Karama), BurJuman, Union, Deira City Centre, and Dubai International Airport (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3).

To travel to UAE Exchange it is now necessary to switch trains at Jabal Ali.

To reach destinations on the Green Line, travel to one of the interchange stations (Union or BurJuman) and change trains.

Expo 2020 Metro Station in Dubai is a truly unique and futuristic structure. The station’s roof is modelled on an aircraft’s wings, inspired by the nearby Al Maktoum International Airport.

The interior of the station is bright and spacious, incorporating colourful led lighting and panels to create a unique experience.
At Expo 2020 Metro Station, visitors will find all the facilities they need to make their journey smooth and convenient.

There is a ticket office for those who need to purchase tickets, as well as ticket machines for those who prefer to use them. There is also an information desk where staff can provide directions and answer any questions.

The station also boasts a convenience store, currency exchange, and several other retail outlets.
Other facilities include lifts and escalators to the platforms, toilets, and cycle parking.

The station is in Zone 1. A map of the Dubai travel zones can be seen here. Fares to and from this station depend on the number of zones crossed on your trip.

The station is the terminus of the Red Line. The adjacent station on the line is Dubai Investment Park. In the future, the line may be extended to Al Maktoum International Airport.
